Your information is securely stored on Microsoft Office 365. 

We keep Names and Contact details for as long as is needed until your business is concluded. We will then dispose your information by general housekeeping of data.

A record of your name and contact details and when you would like to be contacted again (for example remortgaging) will be kept on file in a password protected (Excel) spreadsheet.
